On December 30, 2024, Innoscience Semiconductor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02577.HK) officially went public on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company issued 45.364 million H-shares at an offering price of HKD 30.86 per share, raising funds primarily to expand gallium nitride (GaN) production capacity, product portfolio, and application research.

On December 26, Jingcheng Technology announced its acquisition of 100% equity in Lincstech, a Japanese PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing company, for 8.4 billion New Taiwan dollars.

On December 9th, Innoscience (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Innoscience" or "the Company") successfully passed the hearing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The IPO is being jointly sponsored by China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and CMB International.

On November 29th, JCET Group (Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.) announced in an evening report that the transaction in which the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund (Big Fund) and Chipwise Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. transferred their 22.53% stake in JCET to Panstone Ruinqi (Shenzhen) Information Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Resources Group, has received approval from the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Korea Fair Trade Commission. The transaction has now been fully completed.

On November 24, 2024, the Bosch Semiconductor project, located in the Changjiang District Electronics Information Industrial Park, announced the arrival of its equipment. This marks a major milestone for the facility, which is expected to commence trial production in the first half of 2025.
