On December 9th, Innoscience (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Innoscience" or "the Company") successfully passed the hearing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The IPO is being jointly sponsored by China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and CMB International.

The HKEX IPO process typically involves several steps: application submission, hearing, roadshow, pricing, allocation announcement, gray market trading, and finally, listing.

Clearing the hearing is a significant milestone, indicating that the company is nearing the roadshow and public offering stages.

Founded in 2017, Innoscience is a pioneer in gallium nitride (GaN) technology as an Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM) in China. According to its prospectus, Innoscience is one of the few companies globally to achieve mass production of 8-inch silicon-based GaN wafers. It also provides a full voltage spectrum of silicon-based GaN semiconductor products at an industrial scale.
